We process personal data to the extent required to deliver a functional and user-friendly online presence, including its contents and the services we offer.
Data collected from other sources is to be matched with the data provided by the customer, such as data from the internet and publicly available sources, including company websites and LinkedIn. Such data is connected to the data provided by the customers, stored, and provided in output and reports to the customers.
All processing of personal data will be in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and applicable privacy regulations, including local privacy laws and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Meeting recordings are shared with Gladia solely for transcription. Each provider processes data under strict data protection standards to ensure GDPR compliance and data security.
Compliance and Protection: We may disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities or to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. This includes compliance with legal obligations, protection of our rights, property, or safety, and the protection of users and the public against harm.
